Triple Win at Royal Show 2010 is Cream on the Cake for Bannister Downs Dairy
Australia’s finest dairy products have been acknowledged at the 2010 Smoke Free Perth Royal Show’s Best of Show in Dairy on Wednesday night 15 September. Western Australian dairy Bannister Downs rose above stiff competition from more than 350 dairy products to have all seven of their products win Awards, including 3 Champion Awards.
Suzanne Daubney, Managing Director, proudly received the awards for Champion Milk for Bannister Downs’ Farm Fresh Milk, Champion Flavoured Milk for their Mango Smoothie and Champion Cream/Dairy Desserts for their Double Cream.
Mrs Daubney said she was delighted that her team’s consistent focus on quality had been rewarded by Show Judges yet again.
“2010 has been an amazing year for us,” she said. “The recognition we’ve received reinforces our vision from the very beginning in 2004.”
“We felt that consumers wanted quality milk products that were just as nature intended, fresh and unaffected. We must be doing something right, as we are not only being used by WA’s finest baristas, but also retailing through Coles, IGA stores and other select outlets.”
“We are building on our success of this year and are about to launch a media campaign, including television and radio advertising to coincide with a promotion through Coles Stores in WA for the two weeks of the school holidays (25th September -9th October).”
Bannister Downs will be showcasing their range at the 2010 Smoke Free Perth Royal Show in the Lou Giglia Pavilion from Saturday until Tuesday, 28th September.
These Royal Show Awards add to those already acquired this year, including the 2010 Grand Champion Product of the WA Dairy Industry Association for Bannister Downs Double Cream. Mrs Daubney herself was judged First Among Equals at the 2010 40-under-40 Awards for WA.
