We are thrilled to announce that this month all seven of our products won awards, including 3 Champion Awards, at the 2010 Smoke Free Perth Royal Show’s Best of Show in Dairy – Champion Milk for our Farm Fresh Milk, Champion Flavoured Milk for our Mango Smoothie and Champion Cream/Dairy Desserts for our decadent Double Cream.

2010 is turning out to be a fantastic year for us, and Bannister Downs’ recent tv and radio ads have helped to develop a growing awareness amongst every milk lover of the significant benefits of choosing Bannister Downs for their fridge!

In early February, Bannister Downs attended the Australian Grand Dairy Awards in Melbourne where we were very pleased to learn that our Full Cream milk was in the top 3 milks in Australia.

Bannister Downs’ Managing Director, Suzanne Daubney, was very humbled to be announced the First Among Equals at the 2010 40under40 Awards held in Perth on 17 February.  Given the broad cross section of winners for the Top 40 business people in WA under the age of 40, it was a great honour to be announced First Among Equals which has given Suzanne increased confidence to develop and grow her business in the truly unique manner that has been the core of Bannister Downs Foundations.

Towards the end of 2009, Bannister Downs was very pleased to begin supplying to various Coles Supermarkets through the South West and Perth.  This was a big step for our company and has really helped to make our products more conveniently available for our growing number of customers to enjoy.  Please see our outlets pages for more information.

Following the successful achievement of an export licence (from AQIS) in September 2009, Bannister Downs is in the process of completing the requirements of the Hong Kong Food Centre in order to be able to supply its first export customer.  Bannister Downs is now fully Quality Assured with a certified HACCP programme in place.  This has been a long process, however the benefits in establishing Bannister Downs as a quality operator have made it well worthwhile.
